In a recent article for Forbes, Trevor Nace, geologist, adventurer, and founder of Science Trends, expressed his concern about not recycling plastic.
Worldwide people buy a million plastic bottles per minute and the 91% of them end up in the garbage.
Trying to increase recycling is fundamental for at least two reasons:

The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions.
