A baby bath sponge that you can use on your body for moisturizing and exfoliating is the best option for keeping your skin and clothes moisturized after your baby's bath. These types of soaps often come in a large loofah sponge for soaking and a smaller loofah for softening and exfoliating. The smaller loofah for exfoliating is great if you have a lot of dead skin and hair on your body after your baby's bath.
