You probably know just how important it is to deep cleanse your body. Even though your whole house could use a good scrub down there, your bathtub is an exception. Use that exact same attention for your other skin-covered parts as you do your face.

You may not think of your back, arms or legs, but your entire body is still waiting for that very same dead skin cell turnover that your facial skin is receiving. An easy way to stimulate this renewal process is bath brushes. These are very effective at helping you get rid of dead skin cells, unclog pores and stimulate the circulation in your bath. A lot of bath brushes have bristles covered with beads or other materials that serve to massage the body. What these tiny bristles don't do, however, is stop dirt and other particles from entering the pores, and even worse they can cause your skin to become irritated by rubbing against the bristles of a bath brush that is covered with beads or other materials.

The best type of bath brush to have is one that does not have any bristles. There are bath brushes that come with small handles and very soft, flexible bristles. Some of these bristles are covered with little balls that contain abrasive particles or detergents that can harm your sensitive skin. It is best to find a bath brush with a very flexible handle and no bristles. A bath brush with handle that has a very soft, flexible, non-abrasive bristles will not harm your skin and is much easier on your budget.
